Joshua Thiesen
CEO / Contractor
As a second-generation roofing contractor, Joshua brings the expertise needed on the field to ensure your roofs are in good hands. He works hard to think through each project's variables and is responsible for creating proposals that are fair and equitable for both GC Roofing and our customers.
He demonstrates his leadership as CEO through being a servant to those around him. As a boss, he strives to be compassionate, understanding and fair to each employee. His passion for serving others and dedication to the roofing craft reflects GC Roofing's mission to serve others in the best way that we can.

Brandy Thiesen
CFO / Human Resources
With a Doctorate in Financial Management, Masters in Business Administration, and Bachelors's degree in Project Management, you can be confident in Brandy's ability to lead GC Roofing into the future.
She not only manages the finances, but she also takes care of each employee like family. Her dedication to showing others their value and commitment to helping others succeed at their professional and personal goals makes her the best Human Resource Manager.

Kristen Patterson
Chief Operating Officer
Kristen joined the team in January of 2017 with 15+ years of experience in residential and commercial property management. Her dedication to communication, clarity, and organization guarantees that each of our customer's projects is handled professionally. As a previous manager for Disney, she has a proven track record of leadership. As she continues to grow in her position, GC Roofing has been blessed to see tremendous growth in the Preventative Maintenance program as her role as the Project Manager and we are confident in her ability to propel us into even bigger success in the coming years.

Donna Buller
Executive Assistant to the CFO
Donna joined GC Roofing in May of 2019. Her professional experience as a treatment coordinator for an orthodontist and caregiver for the elder makes her the best person for this position. Her heart to serve others and commitment to accuracy bring a piece to the team that won't disappoint. She works hard to maintain the customer database to guarantee your information is readily available.
She has dedicated her life to serving those around her and is known for recognizing each team member's unique skills and gifts.

Joshua along with brother, Josiah, learned the art of roofing at a very young age, thanks to their father, Gerry Thiesen.
Gerry mentored and trained others across the country, built a reputable company, and raised three young men with outstanding character.
He will always be remembered, and we are so thankful to both him and his wife, Carol Thiesen, for their dedication to this family business.
With 35 years of excellence as G & C Enterprises, GC Roofing picked up the baton and has continued the heritage.
